Ruth E. Carter knows a thing or two about shining on a big stage. A trailblazing Hollywood costume designer, she is the first Black artist to twice win the Academy Award. This year she’ll deliver the MLK Week keynote at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law Moot Courtroom at noon on January 16.
