Engage in the U’s Impact 2030 planning process

Your input is invaluable as we shape the future of our university. As a part of the Impact 2030 campus-wide strategic planning process, you are invited to share your thoughts and insights at listening sessions scheduled throughout April. The Impact 2030 planning process was launched in January. Read the recap here. The planning will take place in three phases with a new five-year strategic plan slated to roll out in early 2025:

  1. Diagnostics (spring 2024)
  2. Ideation (summer 2024)
  3. Detailed planning (fall 2024)

Each of the upcoming listening sessions is targeted to different audiences and tailored to themes that will allow participants to delve into specific areas that are integral to advancing the university’s vision and success. The guiding vision for Impact 2030 is to improve the lives of all Utahns and to advance a new national higher education model for delivering societal impact.

Please mark your calendar for the sessions that apply to you and help spread the word among your peers and colleagues—every voice matters. In addition to the listening sessions, surveys will be sent out to various groups across campus and online feedback can be submitted through May.

See below for dates and times for the upcoming listening sessions. Please note that you must have a uNID to register for the faculty, staff and student sessions. To learn more about Impact 2030, visit strategy.utah.edu.
