Jan. 12 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.This month’s cooking class will be held tonight from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Salt Lake Culinary Center located at 2233 S. 300 East in Salt Lake City.Cost: $20 per person, which includes the class and meal. Payment will be a one time, automatic payroll deduction.

RMR testing reveals the number of calories your body burns at rest, giving you the data you need to plan a weight loss, gain or maintenance plan designed to succeed.

Nutrition Consultation
PEAK offers comprehensive dietary advice and counseling for those trying to lose weight, increase energy or be healthier. Initial consultations are 60 minutes and include an evaluation of your current diet and exercise plan and recommendations for better energy and wellness.

Personal Training and Fitness Program Development
Personal Training is one of the safest and most effective ways to improve your health and fitness. When you take advantage of this service, you are provided with a personal exercise program and 60 minutes of one-on-one guidance from an educated fitness professional.

Health and Wellness Mentor/Coach
PEAK will provide an opportunity to meet with a health specialist to discuss any queries you may have regarding your own personal wellbeing. Your coach will assist you to optimize your health with evidenced-based lifestyle solutions. Your individual session will be catered to your desires whether it is time and stress management, weight maintenance or loss or specific goal setting.
