Air quality research

Researchers at the U renew their efforts to better understand who the big emitters are, who is being affected and how we can clear our air.


Utahns across the state are taking the Clear the Air Challenge this month and one way to achieve fewer single-occupancy vehicle trips is to use public transit, such as UTA’s Ski Bus.


Throughout February, the U will compete in the Clear the Air Challenge to reduce the number of single-occupant vehicles on the road and reduce emissions from personal vehicles.
