Dear Utah Fans,
The 2025-26 athletics seasons are upon us, and we at the University of Utah say, “Welcome to Utah,” to all who will visit our athletics venues this year. The beginning of the school year is always an exciting time and seeing our Utes athletics teams compete in their home environment is a big part of that energy around our campus community!
We want you to help us create a welcoming environment for all who attend Utah athletic events, and the FanUP initiative is our guide for positive fan behavior. We ask our great fans—students, student-athletes, faculty, staff, alumni and community members—to show their Utah pride by promoting a positive environment that is respectful, safe, welcoming, and family friendly. Your safety, and the safety of all in attendance, is our top priority! So, join us in extending a very sincere, “Welcome to Utah!” to all, and remember to cheer loud, be Ute Proud, and enjoy the game responsibly.
Please report any unacceptable behavior you experience or observe to game day authorities, or text ‘FANUP’ to 69050. Such behaviors include but are not limited to: profanity; public intoxication; rude and disrespectful behavior; racial and derogatory comments or verbal attacks directed at individuals or groups; and fighting. Anyone who engages in unsafe or inappropriate conduct will be removed from the premises, may lose all privileges and access for future university events, and could be reported to law enforcement. Thank you for supporting our teams. Go Utes!
Sincerely,
Taylor Randall
