We’re all eager for football season to begin so that we can cheer our beloved Utes on to victory.
We want you to have a blast at Utah’s football games, but we also want to make sure that everyone is safe. Here are some of our standards of conduct for you to follow to ensure you and those around you can safely enjoy the game.
Bigoted, threatening, vulgar, or sexual behavior will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the game. Alcohol possession, public intoxication, throwing items, overcrowding, smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco will also get you kicked out.
Our peace officers are located throughout the stadium to provide assistance. If you see something that doesn’t look right, you can just text ‘FANUP’ to 69050 and include a description and location of the incident, and we will be there to help.

Rice-Eccles Stadium holds more than 50,000 fired-up fans, so we do a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure everyone stays safe. Before every game, we work closely with the event organizers to plan security measures.
We take the safety of our students very seriously so that you don’t have to stress.
So, remember, behave yourself, have fun, and let’s go Utes!
