Spring break is the perfect time to reset, recharge, and re-energize—and what better way to do that than with free group fitness classes at the Student Life Center? Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, build strength, or find your flow, we’ve got something for everyone.

From March 10-14, during spring break, we’re offering an exciting lineup of free classes to help you stay active, de-stress, and have fun with friends. No experience? No problem! Our instructors will guide you through each session, ensuring you get the most out of your workout.

🔥 F45 Training – A high-intensity, functional workout that will challenge your endurance and strength. Get ready for a dynamic mix of cardio and resistance training!

🧘 Power Yoga – A faster-paced yoga session designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Feel the burn and the bliss!
