Forever Utah: Homecoming 2019

Events kick off with the Legacy of Lowell Service Project and culminate with Utah Football, when fans will cheer on 11th-ranked Utah vs. Washington State.

Homecoming 19 kicks off this Saturday with the Legacy of Lowell Service Project, and culminates the following Saturday at Rice-Eccles Stadium where Utah fans will cheer on 11th-ranked Utah vs. Washington State.

You’re invited to celebrate the U all week and don’t forget to share your experiences using #ForeverUtah on social media.

Bags to Beds—A project addressing homelessness

Help us reuse plastic bags to make mats for those who don’t have a place to sleep. These mats prevent those in need from having to sleep on the ground.

Homecoming 2019: Student Scavenger Hunt

Join us at the library plaza or follow @uofustudentalumniboard on Instagram to participate. Clues will be given throughout the day to find hidden prizes. Prizes will be given away every hour and include a scholarship, ski pass, Apple Watch, football tickets and more.

This event is for University of Utah students only.

Homecoming 2019: Emeritus Reunion

All U alumni, age 50 or better, are invited to this special annual event that includes a social hour, guest speaker, dinner, and a chance to reconnect at the Cleone Peterson Eccles Alumni House.

U President Ruth Watkins and U gymnastics coach Tom Farden will join us this year. Guest speaker Ernie Rimer, director of Sport Science for U Athletics, will present Sport Science: A Pathway toward Greater Student-Athlete Health, Safety and Performance at Utah Athletics.

Homecoming 2019: Scholarship Scramble

Join us for a day of golf at beautiful Bonneville Golf Course, including 18 holes, cart, prizes, giveaways and contest holes during this annual Homecoming event. The format is a scramble—whether you are a scratch golfer or a duffer, there’s a place for you. Proceeds benefit the Alumni Association’s student scholarship fund.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of this annual Homecoming event where student presentations of song-and-dance routines are judged for creativity and presentation.

Run or walk and share your U pride—while supporting scholarships for deserving U students. This race is a WellU option for university faculty/staff. Can't make it to campus for the U5K? Sign up as a virtual runner. You'll receive the T-shirt and medal for running 5K in your own community—on the beach, on the trail or on your treadmill.
