Don't forget to #CheckOnYourUCrew this election season. Regardless of political affiliation, the 2020 election is highly emotional for many members of the University of Utah community. In the interest of encouraging wellness and success, various departments across campus will be hosting events offering support, encouraging civility and providing tips for stress management and coping skills in the days and weeks following the Nov. 3, 2020, election.

The Check on your U Crew campaign launched in April to encourage students, staff and faculty to reach out to others who may be feeling isolated and not only offer personal support, but remind them about all the resources still available to them through the U during the COVID-19 pandemic. You are invited to reach out to members of your "U Crew" to find out how they are doing in the current political climate and share the following events and services, as well as mental health tips to cope with the election.
