At the University of Utah Dining Services, delicious food is what we strive to provide. The month of October is the time to tell us how you really feel about the food, the locations and the general dining experience that you have with us on campus. Your input helps us to understand what we’re doing right and how we can improve.

Those who participate in this survey will have the opportunity to win 25 Dining Dollars to use at our locations. We want to know if we are succeeding in our goal to serve tasty food and what you think we can do to improve.
