Join UTA’s virtual discussion session, get a gift card

How has the pandemic affected your public transit experience? The UTA Community Engagement Department is inviting all university students to join one of the virtual discussions on Monday, Oct.12, and Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020. In return, UTA will provide a $10 VISA gift card to each student participant.

Each session is one-hour long and will include COVID-19 related topics like service changes, safety measures, student ridership and more. A crucial component of UTA’s COVID-19 recovery plan is to hear directly from those who rely on public transit the most. Students who share their thoughts, opinions and transit experiences could directly impact the future of UTA.

Students must register to receive an email with the Zoom link to one of the following virtual discussion sessions:

  • Monday, Oct. 12 at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 15 at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m.

The COVID-19 pandemic has provided UTA the opportunity to reevaluate how they can improve public transit solutions to the community. If you’re unable to attend one of the virtual discussions, take the COVID-19 Rider Survey for a chance to win a $15 gift card.
