Critical minerals research to be highlighted at Tech Tuesday on Feb. 18

Join the Technology Licensing Office, on Tuesday, Feb. 18 from 5-7 p.m., for an evening of discussions about research collaboration and critical minerals innovation. An expert panel will share the latest developments and explore opportunities for collaboration between academia and industry.

  • Saskia Duyvesteyn, chief advisor of R&D, Rio Tinto Copper Product Group

The U.S. Department of Energy recently awarded Michael Free, along with geology professor Lauren Birgenheier, one of six regional Carbon Ore, Rare Earth and -Critical Minerals (CORE-CM) projects to help address critical material needs.
