Cheyenne Spirit Coneflower

The Coneflowers have stolen the show along the boardwalk!

Pink Double Delight Coneflower

 

You may notice these dark pink flowers look different from the other Coneflowers. That's because they are double-flowered, meaning they have extra petals, thus making their cones even larger.

Pink Giant Rose of Sharon

 

In case you didn't get enough Hibiscus last bloom blog, this beauty can be seen along the Floral Walk.

Livin' Easy® Rose

 

Don't worry, you haven't missed the Roses. They are still going off and this cultivar is arguably the best smelling rose in all the Garden. Your nose can sniff it out near the Pear Arbor along the Floral Walk.

Double-Flowered Tiger Lily

 

Here is a double-flowered Lily! With its spots and many petals, this Lily has a lot going on.

 

Spider Milkweed

A seed pod, dried up, wrapped in a dark red string that looks like a leather strap. Out of the pod is bursting feathered white fluff seeds.

Have you ever wanted to collect Milkweed seed but can't seem to grab them before the wind does? Try putting rubber bands around the fruit!
