In an effort to unite the campus community, the Rice-Eccles Stadium and Jon M. Huntsman Center team is thrilled to announce our new department name and coinciding new website: Stadium, Arena & Campus Event Services. With this name change, we are renewing our focus on campus events and providing top-notch service to the campus community.
Keaten McDonald, Associate Director of Events, is excited to announce this updated department name and focus. When asked how he anticipates this change impacting campus, McDonald said, “This update isn’t just about semantics—it’s about recognizing the broader scope of our work and our deep integration into campus life. By incorporating “Campus” into our name, we’re not only acknowledging the diverse range of venues we manage but also emphasizing our commitment to creating memorable experiences across every corner of our university. This change reflects our adaptability, fosters stronger connections within the community and positions us for even greater success in delivering exceptional events that resonate with everyone on campus.”

At Stadium, Arena & Campus Event Services, we provide services including equipment rentals of chairs, tables, tablecloths, stages, podiums and more.
