It's finals week. Students are overwhelmed with papers, projects and exams. Then, it all ends and students get three weeks off before starting a new semester. For some, these three weeks are relaxing, restorative and fun. But for many others, returning home brings even more stress and anxiety than finals.
Whether you remain on campus during the break or not, the U is here for you. Student Affairs and the University Counseling Center have invested in an app called My SSP (My Student Support Program). My SSP provides students with immediate and/or ongoing confidential, 24-hour support, year-round for any school, health or general life concern at no cost to the student. Students can call or text a licensed counselor from their cell phones at any time, in several languages, regardless of their location.
How to access My SSP
