HUMAN RESOURCES RELOCATED

The Human Resources office on Wakara Way has moved downtown to 250 E. 200 South, 16th floor, Salt Lake City 84111, as of Friday, April 21, and teams will be settling in over the next weeks.

While we relocate, if you need assistance, you may leave a voice message and we will return your call when possible. Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll have all made the move to the new location. If you have a training in the near future, be sure to check the location as they will be held at various locations throughout campus. Although university HR staff have relocated off campus, your HR team can help you arrange to drop off forms at on campus locations, or answer any questions.

OPEN ENROLLMENT COMING IN MAY

Open enrollment materials for university employee benefits will be mailed in May. To avoid a delay in receiving your packet, please check your mailing address in the Campus Information System (CIS) as soon as possible. 

To access CIS, go to the University of Utah home page at utah.edu.  Click on the CIS icon in the upper right hand corner.  Enter your uNID number (replacing the first 0 with a lower case letter “u”) and password.  If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link or contact the Campus Help Desk at 801-581-4000. Once you have logged in, click on the “Employee” tab, then click on the “Personal Bio/Demo Information” link.  If your listed home address is incorrect, click on the “Change home address” button and then click on the “Edit” button. Change your address and click “Save.”

Have you completed the four WellU requirements for participation next year? If not, please schedule your appointments as soon as possible. Appointments with health care providers, dentists and community partners will fill quickly as the June 30 deadline approaches.

ONLINE DIRECT DEPOSIT RETURNS TO THE U

The U’s Division of Human Resources is pleased to announce the return of online direct deposit as of Friday, April 7, 2017.

The dual authentication process (2FA) now provides added security for your banking information. Online entry is once again the preferred and most secure process for direct deposit additions and changes. As before, this online process is unavailable during payroll processing days. Thank you for your patience while this secured solution was implemented.

Employees who wish to use the online direct deposit tool should log into CIS and go to the “Payroll, Taxes and Salary” link.
