Giving Day 2025 at the University of Utah was nothing short of extraordinary! Over the course of 1,850 minutes, our community—alumni, students, faculty, and friends—came together to support more than 100 causes that make the U so special. Thanks to your generosity, we surpassed expectations, raising more than 2.1 million dollars, making this year’s event our largest Giving Day ever.

The energy and enthusiasm were substantial surrounding the $175 gift promotion in honor of the 175th anniversary of the U, which resulted in donors receiving a Block U Building Block Set. Social media engagement also increased this year as all of you worked to spread the word far and wide. Also, on campus, students raised more than $10,000 for areas they care about thanks to a generous gift from Pepsi.

A huge thank you to every donor, advocate, and supporter—your commitment to the University of Utah ensures that excellence continues to thrive. Giving Day might be over, but the impact of your contributions will be felt for years to come.
