Applications for Tuition Reduction must be submitted before the first day of each semester. In the past, HR has accepted late applications; however, effective with the Spring 2024 Semester, applications will not be accepted once the semester begins.  Requiring that applications be submitted before the semester begins will help colleges better understand their budgets for the semester. Applications for Continuing Education, OSHER and Lifelong Learning classes may be submitted before the first day of the class.

Additional information on this benefit is available on HR’s web page. Eligibility for reduced tuition benefits is governed by Policy 5-305.  Applicants must meet eligibility rules before the first day of the semester and must continue to be eligible on the first day of the semester.
