Special enrollment for life insurance with long-term care

Oct. 14 through Nov. 15, university academic campus and U of U Health academics employees in benefit-eligible positions have an opportunity to enroll in Life Insurance with Long Term Care without providing any medical information.

Log into UBenefits Plus for detailed information and to see your premium.  Coverage is provided through Chubb and is portable, meaning you can continue paying the same premium when you leave the University.  Coverage is also available for your spouse or domestic partner and children.
