Loneliness and connection

Explore concerns, clarify values and consider cultural factors in maximizing well-being by deepening interpersonal connection.
Stretch your mind
1-2:30 p.m. | SSB
An experiential, activity-based group where our primary focus is increasing flexibility. Each week, we engage in activities and games to practice how to handle imperfection, change, lack of control and when things don’t go the way we planned.
Men’s self-compassion
3-4:30 p.m. | SSB
Men jointly explore masculinity & vulnerability through mindfulness & compassion instead of self-criticism, guilt & shame.

Learn and practice coping skills for both short-term crises and long-term growth, using practical strategies to improve well-being and relationships. Members must be in individual counseling.

This is a group for anyone who feels alone in our lonely world and wants to experience greater connection with themselves and others.
Dungeons and Dragons

Address interpersonal goals such as making connections, building trust, and deepening relationships while playing the tabletop game Dungeons & Dragons.
