There is an extremely limited number of furnished apartments in the Cottonwood building available to students, faculty or staff affiliated with the University of Utah. Rentals are available for short term (3-4 months) and require a 30-day Intent to Vacate notice. Units are furnished with basic furniture: bed, mattress, couch, dresser, dining table and chairs.

Rental rates for short-term furnished units are $125 per month more than the posted rental rates. All utilities, including high-speed internet and laundry services, are included in the rental rate.

Furnished units are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting lists are not available for furnished units and availability is not guaranteed.

If you are interested, please submit a Cottonwood application for the floor plan you are interested in. In the comments section of the application, include that you are interested in a furnished short-term unit.
