The University of Utah Counseling Center invites all students and staff for a mindfulness walk, celebrating signs of new growth and life after a long winter. The event will be held on Saturday, April 19, from 12-2 p.m.
Attendees will learn how to use foundational mindfulness skills and engage in practice and meditation as they walk through the beauty of Red Butte’s spring garden.
After registering here, attendees will receive an email with specific instructions for the day of the walk.

- A yoga mat or a blanket to sit on
- A journal for writing reflections
