University of Utah staff are eligible to live at Sunnyside Apartments! The newly constructed Cottonwood buildings are available to full-time staff members interested in living on campus. These modern apartments are unfurnished and located at the intersection of Foothill Drive and Sunnyside Avenue, with free campus shuttle service to the main University of Utah campus. The Cottonwood buildings offer a range of floor plans to choose from, including 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units. The rent includes all utilities, high-speed internet and cable TV, no-fee laundry and on-site maintenance.
