Boost the impact of your campus event with the brand experience trailer

Enhance your campus event and keep everybody talking with the brand experience trailer. In collaboration with campus partner PepsiCo, the brand experience trailer came to life and became a new asset to campus in 2020 and continues to bring the atmosphere to you with regular improvements. The trailer features games, inflatables, screens, a speaker system, and more that will add even more excitement to your event. It has been featured at various campus events and has earned its place as a crowd favorite.

The brand experience trailer can be used as an interactive display, a retail central point, an entertainment hub, or a viewing area with included screens and audio capabilities. Our specialists can also provide more examples of previous trailer usage to ensure it will work for your event.

In most cases, rental costs are associated with the brand experience trailer and rates depend on event location, staffing, and availability. Trailer rental fees may be waived if campus partners can be incorporated into your event. All brand experience trailer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event date. Upon submission of your request, a specialist will reach out to you within 2 business days to confirm availability and logistics.
