‘Pivot Toward Innovation’ lunch and learn series

The PIVOT Center and Professional Education are partnering to help faculty, staff, and students become future-ready by providing free resources for professional growth, development, ingenuity, and strategic thinking.

Professional Education offers responsive training and courses on a user-friendly, flexible schedule designed to meet the demands of today’s working professionals.

The PIVOT Center connects U faculty inventors and the U’s resources with industry, entrepreneurs, investors, and Utah’s innovation ecosystem. PIVOT is responsible for all aspects of invention management, patent prosecution, licensing, start-up formation and support, equity management, and early-stage funding. The University of Utah was recently ranked second among large research universities for “innovation productivity impact.”

Enjoy a business break to learn about the entrepreneur resources available to you. You can attend in person or via Zoom. Boxed lunches are provided for in-person attendees.
