TEXTBOOK ADOPTIONS ARE DUE FOR SPRING SEMESTER
If you work with a department coordinator/staff member with your course materials needs, please continue to do so.
The Campus Store is dedicated to being the central information resource and low-cost provider of course materials for all U of U students. We do this is by offering students several cost-saving options such as rental books, eBooks, “used” and custom textbooks and Inclusive Access options to help save students up to 80 percent compared to new textbook pricing. In order to keep the cost of textbooks as low as possible, to provide transparency to students on the true cost of a course and to comply with the HEOA; it is important that the Campus Store know which course materials are needed for each class in the upcoming semester regardless of preferred purchasing source.
If you are a faculty member who has not yet requested their course materials for the Spring 2019 Semester, please do so as soon as possible.
To research your estimated cost, utilize the Campus Store Faculty Center. For a cost estimate on custom printed course packets, contact Rand Merritt at rmerritt@CampusStore.utah.edu or 801-581-3158.
You can submit your textbook adoptions by going to the Campus Store’s textbook adoption page and log in to your account or chose the “QUICK ADOPTION” option. If you have any questions about submitting your textbook adoption contact a textbooks department buyer:
Dave Nelson dnelson@campusstore.utah.edu 801-581-8321
Rand Merritt rmerritt@campusstore.utah.edu 801-581-3158
Heidi Booth hbooth@campusstore.utah.edu 801-581-3536
Thank you for helping the Campus Store keep the cost of education low for all U students. With the help of the faculty and staff, we can all make sure that students get all of the course materials they need on time and at a reduced cost to save money.
For more information about the new Inclusive Access option, you can contact Shane Girton at sgirton@CampusStore.utah.edu or 801-581-8296. For more information click here.
