Tuition reduction deadline enforcement
Applications for Tuition Reduction must be submitted before the first day of each semester. Apply for tuition reduction benefits through UBenefits (ubenefits.app.utah.edu) for up to three semesters in advance.
If you missed the Spring semester application deadline, contact HR at AskHR@utah.edu.
Open enrollment Is coming
Open Enrollment will be in May. A small communication will be mailed to employees’ homes and all information will be posted on HR’s website at the end of April. Update your home address so you don’t miss your Open Enrollment mailing. Log into CIS and search for the “Change Bio/Demo Info” tile. Click that tile to update your home address, preferred name, and emergency contacts.
The deadline to complete the WellU Program requirements is June 30, 2024. Check the WellU Completions Tracker at http://www.hr.utah.edu/benefits/wellu_complete.php to see your completed activities that have been reported.
