College Consensus has ranked the University of Utah as number eight in “The 25 Best ONLINE Colleges for Veterans in 2024.” 

In compiling their list, College Consensus analyzed factors such as flexibility and accessibility, transfer credits for military training, military-friendly policies, financial assistance, and support services. They also combined the results of respected college ranking systems with the averaged ratings of thousands of student reviews. 

According to College Consensus, the U “stands out for military veterans pursuing online degrees due to its commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive environment tailored to the unique needs of veterans.” College Consensus made note of the U’s range of online degree programs that provide veterans flexibility as well as the school’s robust veteran services.
