Tanner Dance presents ‘The Umbrella’

The University of Utah Tanner Dance Program’s Children’s Dance Theatre celebrates its 75th anniversary with the premiere of ‘The Umbrella’ at the Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, on March 22 and 23, 2024. The ballet features 230 dancers, ages 8-18, with an original score by Jonathan Keith. The Children’s Dance Theatre company will be joined by 50 alumni in three new pieces of choreography by Mary Martha Ostler, Diana Timothy and Eliza Zenger.

Ticket prices are $18.50, $22.50 and $27.50. Tickets are $15 for children under 12.
