The University of Utah is inviting the U community to participate in the Silicon Slopes Summit 2025, one of the premier technology and business events in the country.

This year’s summit is scheduled for January 13 through 17, across three prime venues, including— the UCCU Center at Utah Valley University, the Salt Palace Convention Center and Edison House in downtown Salt Lake City.

The multi-day event brings together leaders across a broad range of industry sectors to explore the latest in technology, business, and entrepreneurship. As U faculty and staff, engagement in events like the summit strengthens the university community, provides valuable professional development and offers new insights to share with students. The summit will feature a strong lineup of speakers from a spectrum of industries as well as plenty of networking opportunities.

Opening day, Monday, January 13, will be virtual. The UCCU Center in Orem will host activities on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 14 and 15. The final two days will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center and Edison House.

Admission to summit is free this year, however, attendance is limited. Register early to secure your spot and take advantage of this incredible educational experience. Visit siliconslopes.com/summit for ticket details and registration.

Attendees are urged to consider using public transit to avoid parking hassles, including taking Frontrunner commuter rail, which provides convenient service from Salt Lake City to the UCCU Center.
