The Mindfulness Center is excited to announce: Radical Self-Compassion for BIPOC Students, a two-week workshop, which creates a space for Black, Indigenous, people of color, U graduate and undergraduate students. The two sessions will focus on using mindful self-compassion as a source of healing and resistance. Offered on Wednesdays, September 22 & 29, from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m., via Zoom.
