The American Indian Resource Center is accepting nominations for a variety of awards that will be announced at the center’s inaugural Native Excellence Gala in June.
These awards amplify and celebrate individuals who exemplify Indigenous excellence and whose leadership inspires, uplifts and paves the path forward for the Native community.
Nominations are open until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023, in the following areas:
- Knowledge Keeper
- Changemaker
- Lifetime Achievement
- Native Excellence at the U
- Native Excellence in Education
- Native Excellence in the Community
- Native Excellence in Health Equity
- Community Partner
