On Sunday, June 26, 2022, from 8:30 to 11 a.m., UIT will upgrade the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) servers and virtual machines (VMs) that authenticate users to the university’s wireless networks, such as UConnect, UGuest and ULink.

Most U wireless network users will not experience a service interruption. If, however, an authentication attempt is made at the moment the change is applied, they may need to reauthenticate and reconnect to the network.
