The University of Utah Counseling Center’s Mindfulness Center and the Center for Student Wellness are excited to offer a new supportive workshop for the campus community (students, faculty and staff), designed to strengthen participants with skills to manage the impacts of difficult events. This workshop aims to provide an accessible space for campus members as a first step before accessing longer-term supportive services or as a refresher for folx who may want to increase their support resources.
Campus members who are in active crisis are encouraged to utilize the UCC’s Crisis Services or other campus crisis resources.
