Coping With Chaos: Zoom sessions open for drop-ins

Students, staff and faculty are welcome to join us for the free Coping With Chaos workshop series with the University Counseling Center (UCC). In each workshop, we’ll practice different strategies and skills for coping with stress and anxiety. Each workshop lasts a half-hour and some workshops are held back-to-back. You are welcome to join as many as you wish, as many times as you want.

If you would like to join a Zoom session email Fabi Cisneros for the link and meeting ID.
