I’m pleased to introduce you, our Utah community, to the Ken Garff University Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium. I take great pride in my association with the club because it shares a core mission with the Garff family—advancing education and career opportunities in Utah. Although I’m not directly involved in the club’s management, our family name is connected to it through our commitment to the University of Utah and the South End Zone renovation project. It’s not just a shared name, but a shared dedication to creating positive change in our community. Let me tell you why this is so important.
The initiation fees at the club go towards the Champion League scholarship fund, aiding students with financial need to attend the University of Utah. When you become a member, you not only gain access to exclusive benefits and a lively social community but also contribute to the bright futures of young minds. Furthermore, the initiation fees are affordable, making it accessible to many, and the impact multiplies as more members join.
What also makes the Ken Garff University Club special is its ability to bring together University of Utah fans, alumni, faculty, staff and the wider Salt Lake City community. It offers more than just a facility with perks; it provides intangibles like a stronger connection to the university, a warm and welcoming atmosphere from staff and fellow members and a place to build lasting friendships. Your membership transcends the football field and game days; it connects you with interesting people and a meaningful cause.
I invite you to experience the Ken Garff University Club as your home away from home and as a platform for making a positive impact. If you’re interested in being part of this initiative and contributing to a good cause, visit the club’s website at kengarffuniversityclub.com.
Together we can make a difference for our students and our community.
Warm regards,
Kathi Garff
