There are multiple student leader roles available including resident advisors (RA), community advisors (CA), and social justice advocates (SJA).

• Resident Advisors (RAs) serve in residential communities to facilitate a cooperative, considerate group living environment and promote learning through socials, bulletin boards, intentional conversations, and other pieces of the Residential Curriculum. RAs are compensated with the full credit of the cost of their student leader room as assigned by HRE and a meal plan 15. This is a 20 hour per week role.
• Community Advisors (CAs) support HRE safety initiatives and after hours duty response on campus to promote a safe environment in the residence halls. CAs are compensated with the full credit of the cost of their student leader room as assigned by HRE and a meal plan 15. This is a 20 hour per week role.
• Social Justice Advocates (SJAs) are committed to supporting residents in building community, connecting to resources, and creating opportunities for residents in exploring diversity and inclusion concepts. This position is open to residential and non-residential students. SJAs are compensated at a rate of $15 per hour, for up to 20 hours per week.
