Free mental health workshop

Learn how to cope with stress, anxiety and depression during this four-week, online workshop open to faculty, staff and students.

Participants will learn a variety of effective and practical skills they can use to manage anxiety and stress, decrease sadness and increase focus. See this overview for more information about the content and the dates/times of each workshop. Feel Better Now is open to all students, staff and faculty of the University of Utah. Additional information about the Mindfulness Center’s programs can be found at mindfulnesscenter.utah.edu. The Feel Better Now workshop series includes a set of four modules that are covered over the course of four weeks. It is highly recommended that participants start attending the workshop at module one, but the modules may be attended in any order and may be repeated.
