All University of Utah employees, regardless of whether they attended this year’s EAD or not, can participate in this survey. The survey consists of 4-5 questions and will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Questions will focus on what activities you’d like to see in the future, and what time of year you’d be more likely to attend an in-person EAD. Anyone who participates in the survey will be entered to win a University of Utah swag bag!
