FEEDBACK NEEDED: Office closures and mail delivery during VP Debate

Tell Print & Mail Services how you’d like your mail deliveries handled if your office is closed during the vice presidential debate.

Preparations for the upcoming historic vice presidential debate are underway University Print & Mail Services has been notified that some departments and buildings may be closed or have limited access from Sept. 28-Oct. 9, 2020.

Will your department be affected? If so, please let us know how you’d like your mail and package deliveries handled. We will use your feedback to update USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon about delivery plans during this time.

Please let us know ASAP by contacting Juan Sosa at juan.sosa@utah.edu or 385-290-8878.

If you’re preparing for office closure, please note that your mail, packages and print projects can be retrieved in the following ways:

  • Utilize Print & Mail’s free curbside pick-up service in front of VRTUSB between 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Pick up items at Print & Mail’s lobby (VRTUSB 135) between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Contact Juan Sosa before the closure dates to coordinate an alternate delivery plan.

Uncollected or undeliverable items will be held at Print & Mail until services resume on Oct. 8 or until your department or building reopens.

If you have further questions, please contact Juan Sosa or call Print & Mail at 801-581-6171.
