Calling all students, student leaders, and student employees at the University of Utah! We have an amazing opportunity for you coming up on Wednesday, March 20, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Student Leadership & Involvement, the Department of Communications, and the Office of the Dean of Students to launch a program called Brave Conversations. The program will serve as a platform for students to engage in interpersonal dialogue with peer students from around campus, led by peer students studying conflict in the Department of Communications. We know that conflict is unavoidable, and in many cases, conflict can be healthy. We are hoping to give students the opportunity to think through conflict and communication styles. This will be the first of a series of programs of this type, the first one focusing on stereotypes and how that impacts our ability to communicate efficiently (often causing conflict). We will also be providing dinner to all attendees (pre-registration is required).
