Academic Senate meeting on April 7

The next Academic Senate meeting is Monday, April 7, from 3-5:30 p.m. The following items will be discussed, among others:

  • Proposal for a new Electrical Engineering Minor
  • Unit Redesignation Proposal: School of Public Affairs
  • Proposal for the Center for Quality of Life After Stroke
  • Report on the Utah Asia Campus, presented by Senator Sejin Kim
  • Annual Reports from Senate Committee Chairs, including a presentation from the Senate Advisory Committee on Student Course Feedback
  • Updates from the Senate Personnel and Elections Committee regarding Spring 2025 Elections.

The meeting will be held on the Zoom online meeting platform, and its agenda is available here.

Senate meetings are public, and the University of Utah community and others are welcome to participate. If you want to attend the senate Zoom meeting, email a request to the Secretary of the Senate Jane Laird (jane.laird@utah.edu) by Thursday, April 3.
