Preventative maintenance for temperature controlled units

ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you store research or pharmaceutical materials in a temperature controlled unit, it is imperative that you take action to prevent losses due to equipment malfunctions, power outages, etc. (see Loss Prevention Protocols). A Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) is now required along with an active inventory, continuous monitoring system and identifiable asset or ID tag for all units to be covered by insurance.  For questions please refer to the PMA FAQ.
