The next meeting of the Academic Senate is Monday, Aug. 31, from 3-5 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. The following items will be discussed, among others:

  • Public Safety updates from the Chief Safety Officer Marlon Lynch and Chief of Police Rodney Chatman.
  • UIT 2FA Security upgrade update
  • Faculty and Staff Emergency Fund announcement

The meeting’s agenda is available here. Senate meetings will be held on the Zoom online meeting platform. Senate meetings are public and the university community and others are welcome to join the meeting. If you are interested in joining the meeting, please email the Secretary of the Senate Jane Laird at jane.laird@utah.edu by Aug. 26.
