Applications for Tuition Reduction are due before the first day of each semester – Applications for the Spring 2025 semester must be submitted on or before Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Eligibility rules, IRS rules, and additional information are available on UHRM’s Tuition Reduction web page.
If you are only taking a Continuing Education/Lifelong Learning class, the deadline to apply is the day before the class begins.
To apply for tuition reduction, log into UBenefits and click the “Tuition Reduction” tile.
After you submit your application, you will receive an email from UBenefits with a link to your receipt. This is your confirmation that you applied timely.
You will not see the discount on your tuition statement until the semester begins. This allows students to make changes to their schedules without requiring recalculation of tuition amounts due.
