First Academic Senate meeting scheduled

Academic Senate -

The first Academic Senate meeting of the year is Monday, August 26, from 3-5:30 pm. The following items will be discussed, among others:

  • Reports from the University of Utah President, ASUU President, and Staff Council Chair
  • Behavioral Health Technician Undergraduate Certificate Proposal
  • University Policy Updates and Revisions Presented this Summer to the Senate Executive Committee
  • New Minor in Legal Studies

The meeting will be held on the Zoom online meeting platform, and its agenda is available here: https://go.boarddocs.com/ut/uutah/Board.nsf/Public.   Senate meetings are public, and the University Community and others are welcome to attend. If you want to attend the Senate Zoom meeting, email a link request to the Secretary of the Senate Jane Laird (Jane.Laird@utah.edu) by Thursday, August 22.
