Get your body moving at the U

Fall in Utah is the perfect time to get in shape! Staying physically active lowers the risk of health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and reduces stress. Academic Noncredit at the U offers a huge variety of fitness classes; you’re sure to find the one that works for you. With full- and half-semester classes there’s no reason not to get more active.

Everyone 18 and over is welcome to register for academic noncredit fitness classes. We still have seats available and it isn’t too late to register this week! Classes begin on Monday, Aug. 19.
