For the second straight year, the University of Utah is celebrating October with Festival of Cultures. More than a celebration of culture and community, it is a recognition of the rich heritages, traditions, and experiences that make the University of Utah what it is today.

Total enrollment at the U grew by 2.3% this fall, while state projections point to fewer college-age Utahns after 2028.

Students examined creek-daylighting and water-restoration projects, exploring how restored waterways can support biodiversity.

"I understand the value of officers having an education prior to leading. It provides four years to be mentored and developed by the staff at the U and the NROTC."
