VITAL UPDATE TO KRONOS
Kronos, the time and attendance tool that U campus and hospital staff use, is getting a face-lift. The updated system will have a new look and will increase efficiencies for all users. This change follows closely with the beginning of the new fiscal year. AND, no more Java issues are expected.
While the platform is getting an update, we want to assure all employees that the functionality is staying the same. Employees can expect to see updated buttons and icons in new configurations, but the platform, in essence, is the same tool you have always used.
Faculty/staff and student employees will be able to take online training modules beginning June 26 by clicking:
Emails received from HR Learning are not spam and will contain the Kronos training application.
Payroll reporters will be contacted directly with training schedules and instructions. Anyone who uses Kronos and receives a paycheck from the U will be affected by this change and should take the trainings.
- June 26, 2017 – training modules become available
- July 16, 2017 – Go-live date
