Check your home address in CIS

Open enrollment will be in May. Before packets are mailed, please check your home address in CIS to confirm that it is correct!  Information and pdf copies will be posted on HR’s website toward the end of April.

Have you completed the WellU requirements?

If you have not yet completed the General Health Assessment and three Wellness Activities, now is the time to schedule your appointment(s).  WellU requirements must be completed before July 1, 2021, to receive the wellness discount next plan year. For information on WellU requirements, see the flyer here.

Check your completions online.

It can take six to eight weeks from the date of service for regular processing and reporting of WellU completions.  All completions must be reported by Regence or the community partner. Timely completions reported after July 1, 2021, may result in a delay in receiving the discount (the discount will be applied when the timely completion is reported), no retro discounts will be provided. Employees are encouraged to complete the WellU requirements as early as possible to avoid any delays in the application of the discount.
